Chery Auto Philippines recently launched the Chery Customer Care’ program that aims to make a clients’ ownership experience a total convenience.

The freshest all-crossover brand in the auto scene under the management of United Asia Automotive Group, Inc. (UAAGI), Chery offers stylish, sporty, and practically crafted 5- to 7-seater vehicles namely the Tiggo 2, Tiggo 5x, Tiggo 7 and the Tiggo 8.

Chery Customer Care entails both warranty and parts services. First on the list is the General Warranty for 5 years or 150,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. This includes the repair of a Chery vehicle in case it failed during normal use due to a manufacturing defect in factory-supplied materials or workmanship.
Next is the first-in-the-industry eye candy. Tiggo owners could keep their engines running and have their best performance guaranteed with Chery Car Care’s whopping 10-year or 1-million-kilometer engine warranty.
Sprinkling more treats to the deal, Chery Auto Philippines announced that they are also providing a worry-free cost of ownership experience for the first 3 years through its preventive maintenance service, all for free. The services include replacement of oil, air and fuel filters, brake fluid, transmission oil and a complete checkup of the car’s engine, suspension, transmission and the likes. With the use of a computerized scanner, the condition of your vehicle will be inspected and repaired once issues are detected.
Chery values their clients’ time and requires its customers to bring their vehicles in the service centers only twice a year, or in every 10,000 kilometers added to their odometers.
Apart from the generous servings of warranty, the brand also introduced ‘Chery Parts Guarantee’. The company invested on its spare parts inventory while putting the adequacy of supplies on top of its priorities particularly of PMS parts, fast moving parts and collision panels in its depot. Utmost performance can only be achieved if all parts are perfectly matched to the requirements of the vehicle. Thus, Chery offers its genuine OEM parts.
