The Kia Soluto is today’s mobility solution and a dependable partner for today’s modern-day heroes
Earlier this year, Kia saw an opportunity to offer its sub-compact sedan as a viable and value-for-money mobility solution to our nation’s medical professionals and frontliners. As the nation celebrates this week with the birth anniversary of one of our national heroes Andres Bonifacio, we remember once again our modern day heroes and the sacrifices they make each day.
Just like our modern day heroes, the Kia Soluto is a nimble and compact sedan with a lot to give. Kia made sure it has all the right features and is designed to make life a bit less stressful for those who are constantly on the go these days. Powered by a 1.4-liter Kappa inline-4 engine with Dual CVVT (Continuous Variable Valve Timing) that is rated at 95PS of power and 132Nm of torque that’s mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission. This gives more than adequate power with the right balance of fuel efficiency for both city and highway drives.
The Soluto has a 6-speaker audio system paired with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment head unit with Bluetooth device pairing, as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, offering the driver and passengers the ability to stay connected on the move safely and free from distraction. Safety features include rear parking sensors (for the EX trim) and a standard reverse camera and monitor with parking line guides. Other safety features include ABS and airbags in front.
The Kia brand has been making strides in terms of getting recognitions for design, safety, quality, and performance from award-giving bodies like JD Power, Interbrands (Best Global Brands 2019), the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, and the World Car of the Year awards.
As part of the Ayala-owned AC Motors umbrella group, Kia Philippines offers a 5-year/100,000km warranty and 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance for the Soluto and is the perfect vehicle for hard working professionals and individuals looking for a stylish and feature-packed ride that won’t break the bank.
The Kia Soluto is available in four variants: 1.4 LX MT with an SRP of P665,000, 1.4 LX AT priced P710,000, 1.4 EX MT for P710,000 and 1.4 EX AT: P755,000.
Kia Philippines recently announced that it is adding four (4) new dealerships this year. These include Kia Marikina, Kia Fairview, Kia Isabela, and Kia Bonifacio Global City. This would bring Kia Philippines’ total dealer network to 34 sales and service facilities. In addition, four more facilities are planned by end of 2020 or early 2021. Kia intends to continue expanding its reach, way into 2021.
The popular Korean car brand also announced that it now has a Kia Virtual Showroom, giving customers a 100% worry- and risk-free and enjoyable alternative experience of viewing and shopping for Kia vehicles—right in the comfort and safety of their own homes. The Kia Virtual Showroom enables every visitor to fully focus on the vehicles and services offered, empowering them to arrive at a carefully assessed evaluation before making the purchase. This is to encourage would-be car buyers to virtually visit Kia’s showroom and get all the information through a virtual and digital journey before consummating their purchase. By tapping on the model vehicle, the client can then choose to check the vehicle’s exterior and interior with the 360-degree viewer. The Kia Virtual Showroom even offers this engaging experience with a background portraying the actual environment the target users would imagine themselves to be driving the vehicle in.
