In these days of the pandemic scare, service-oriented companies like Standard Insurance understands that car owners are more hesitant to go out unless it’s absolutely necessary. 

With this in mind, Standard Insurance has recently introduced a mobile application that will strengthen its claims servicing capabilities through the Standard Insurance Claims Assist. The Standard Insurance Claims Assist will allow customers to file a car claim right at their homes, offices, or wherever they are. 

“In this time of social distancing when staying home and limiting travels are the safest alternative, we want to make it easier, safer, and faster for our customers to file their claim with us,” said Standard Insurance Claims Head, Edena Enfestan. ‘We know how important it is for our customers to get their car back on the road; that is why we have made this Claims Assist Mobile Application available to our motorcar customers. 

For immediate feedback on any concern or inquiry about the policy or the product, a live chat facility is available in the mobile application. A Standard Insurance associate will be calling the customer once the claim has been submitted.

The Standard Insurance Claims Assist is available for Android and IOS. Travel insurance claim may also be filed in the Claims Assist mobile application.  Aside from filing a claim through the mobile application, customers may also file a claim through the website at www.standard-insurance.com, through the customer hotline (02) 8845111, or through any of Standard Insurance branches, agents, dealers, and agencies nationwide.
