After a month-long delay due to health-related restrictions, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) finally brought the thrill back at Clark International Speedway in Pampanga with the successful run of the second leg of the Toyota Gazoo Racing Vios Cup 2021 last weekend.

Out of the 49 racers who competed in the race—25 and 24 in the Circuit Championship and Autocross Challenge, respectively— drivers from the Obengers Racing Team dominated the podium awards.

Toyota North EDSA-Obengers Racing Team drivers Inigo Anton and Julian Tang, dominated the Sporting Class as consistent Top 3 contenders while Toyota Otis-Obengers Racing Team driver Joaquin Garrido claimed Race 6 of the same class.

TSJ-Obengers Racing Team driver Julia Delos Angeles took home two out of three first-place awards in Promotional Class, while Royce Sarmiento of RMS Cars Racing Team, took the top spot for the last race.

Vios Cup veterans Estefano Rivera (Toyota Balintawak-Obengers Racing Team), Bryan Co and Gerard Loy (both R Racing/Toyota Dagupan), Red Diwa (JBT Racing/Toyota Isabela), and Pauland Dumlao (JBT Racing/Toyota San Fernando) kept the circuit championship race in the Super Sporting Class tight as they took turns at the Top 3, with Rivera as a consistent podium placer.
