Featuring a “customer first” design and representing the brand’s commitment to provide a truly unmatched customer experience, the five-level Ford Alabang located along Alabang-Zapote road in Muntinlupa City is Ford’s largest in the Philippines and is one of the biggest across the Asean region.
Also serving as a corporate headquarters of Ford Philippines, the mega dealership was also instrumental in helping the brand sell a total of 20,005 units in 2021, enabling the brand to enjoy a 7.45 percent share or third overall along with Toyota and Mitsubishi.
It also enabled Ford Philippines to be recognized as one of Muntinlupa City’s top corporate taxpayers in 2021.
“We truly appreciate the Muntinlupa City local government unit for recognizing our contribution to the city as a responsible taxpayer. This citation is a true testament to our commitment to good governance and corporate citizenship practices,” shares Michael Breen, managing director, Ford Philippines. Ford Philippines first made it to the list of Top 10 taxpayers in 2014, a year after it moved its corporate headquarters to Alabang.
Since then, Ford Philippines has consistently earned the citation. Ford Alabang boasts a 2-level showroom that can display 23 vehicle models as well as a 4-level service center where 80 service bays are located.
Built accordingly to Ford’s global “Brand@Retail II” design concept that provides each Ford showroom and service bay the same universal image and ambience of the Ford brand, Ford Alabang is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity, a coffee bar and entertainment lounges so customers can relax while shopping for a car or waiting for their car to be serviced.
