Three race-ready supercars will be at Motul booth at World Trade Center

Autoplus/Motul usually mounts one of the most exciting displays at the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS). This year, car enthusiasts will once again make a beeline for the Motul booth during MIAS on April 7-10, 2022 at the World Trade Center.

Motul Philippines will have a special treat for enthusiasts at MIAS as it displays a trio of rarely-seen race cars: the Ferrari 488 Challenge, McLaren GT4 Sprint, and Mercedes SLS GT3. With a combined total of more than 1800 horsepower, the purebred trio will surely make your heart pump more petrol once you see them.

The Ferrari 488 Challenge is a supercar engineered for a one-make race series. The 488 Challenge boasts of the most powerful Ferrari engine, a turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 producing 670hp and 760Nm. Three “manettino” controls allow the driver to adapt the car’s response according to his or her own driving style. The controls can adjust braking, traction control, and the electronic differential. The car’s aerodynamics have been developed for greater efficiency while dramatically increasing downforce to improve performance.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3

The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 is the racing version of Mercedes’ famous gullwing model. The GT3 racing car has a revised front apron with larger air intakes, flared wheel arches to contain racing tires, and the unmissable rear wing made of carbon fiber. The Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 is powered by the 6.3-liter V8 that enables acceleration to 100kph in 3.8 seconds and a top speed of more than 300kph.
