Join Toyota Motor Philippines this August 23 to 24, 2023 at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila as it holds this year’s much-anticipated Toyota Gazoo Racing Festival.
As part of TMP’s 35th year in the country, the two-day affair will be highlighted by Toyota Motor Corporation chairman and master driver, Akiyo Toyoda, a.k.a “Morizo” himself as he demonstrates his legendary skills behind the wheel.
Sharing the stage with him will be other top-caliber international racers, such as Japanese champion drivers from Toyota Gazoo Racing Team, Norihiko Katsuta and Masahiro Sasaki.
Filipino racers will also be joining them, such as: Alex Perez, Luis Gono, Marlon Stöckinger and celebrity Ryan Agoncillo. They will be driving the TGR performance cars, GR Supra, GR Yaris and GR 86 in an adrenaline-fueled driving exhibition.
To add more excitement, spectators can even get a chance to experience the high-octane thrill first-hand with a shotgun ride in the renowned Toyota WRC Yaris and Red Bull GR Corolla.
The National Finals of the TGR GT Cup Philippines will also be held there to determine our top winners; and ultimately, the country’s representatives at the regional finals in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The excitement doesn’t stop there.
From the eargasmic sounds of the engines, attendees will then be treated live to the music of P-Pop sensation BGYO on the opening day. This will be followed by Ben&Ben, OPM legend Ely Buendia, and back-to-back rock performances from Parokya ni Edgar and Kamikaze.
