Amazing culinary experiences, Lexus style

Lexus Philippines is hosting an experience with the culinary arts this weekend at its Lexus Mitsukoshi showroom, located at the ground floor of Mitsukoshi Mall at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Lexus customers and friends of the brand are invited to take part in specially-crafted culinary experiences with some of Manila’s finest purveyors of food, wine, coffee and chocolate on August 26 and 27, 2023.

Gallery by Chele and Deli by Chele have produced sought-after culinary experiences thanks to their unique dishes and delicacies. Chef Carlos Villaflor of Gallery by Chele demonstrated the art of preparing Tuna Kinilaw with watermelon and Octopus Sisig Tacos.

These dishes were specially crafted exclusively for Lexus Philippines by Chef Chele Gonzales.

Chef Carlos Villaflor guided guests through the preparation of the dish and also its plating. He also explained the origins of the dish and different processes that go into its preparation.

Chocolate and wine lovers will enjoy the pairing workshop by The Artisan Cellar Door, conducted by sommelier Christoper Birt. Mr. Birt will pair the fine wine selection with the delicious chocolates from Theo & Philo.

Theo & Philo is known as the first bean-to-bar single origin chocolate maker in the Philippines.

For a classic finish with caffeine boost, coffee lovers can join the experience, too.

Angkan, a global Filipino Coffee Company, will explain the background of the local beans they use for their Angkan blends. They will also demonstrate the intricacies of preparing coffee and producing latte art. Angkan roasts its own beans, as befits a proper third-wave coffee shop.
