The Fitness Content Creator Collaboration Day was a resounding success, bringing together 16 notable influencers from various fitness disciplines. The event showcased the diverse talents of runners, obstacle course racers, cyclists, duathletes, and triathletes, all united by their passion for fitness and inspiring content creation.
These influencers were selected from a highly competitive pool of nearly 50 applicants, chosen for their athletic accomplishments, inspirational running and fitness content, and demonstrated leadership within their respective sports. Collectively, the sixteen influencers represent many major running and multisport groups and have had numerous collaborations with fitness brands and sporting events.
Ma. Ana Theresa L. Cruzate, the official race ambassador of Battle of the South, expressed the challenge of selecting her co-participants.
“It was incredibly challenging to choose from such a talented group of applicants. The selected influencers stood out for their dedication to fitness and their unique ability to create content that not only showcases their skills but also inspires others to pursue a healthy lifestyle,” she said.
Ameer Sanchez Ahid, an adaptive athlete, person with disability / para-athlete, obstacle course racer, and an aspiring content creator, shared his excitement about the event.
“I thoroughly enjoyed the program. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet prominent content creators I’ve admired online, share expertise with one another, and most importantly, bond through content creation for the Battle of the South,” he said.
