The Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI), in anticipation of the 9th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS), earlier today held a press conference at the Grand Hyatt Manila in BGC in Taguig.
The said show, slated this October 24-27, 2024, will take place at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
With a theme: “Dare. Drive. The Future Redefine”, the show is expected to showcase the latest automotive innovations, cutting-edge technology and groundbreaking concept cars.
Moreover, the 9th PIMS will highlight the evolving landscape of the automotive scene, focusing on sustainability, innovation, and mobility solutions for the Filipino market as we all move forward to the future.
“This year’s PIMS embodies CAMPI’s bold vision of uniting the automotive industry and leading the way in redefining advanced, inclusive mobility for all Filipinos,” CAMPI president, Atty. Rommel Gutierrez said.
“We are excited to showcase the innovations that will shape the future of transportation in the country, ” he added.
17 vehicle brands in the local market will participate. These are: BMW, Changan, Chery, Daewoo, Foton, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Isuzu, Jetour, Kia, Mazda, MG, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Suzuki and Toyota.
