Jetour unveils X70, T2 Lightning i-DM models in star-powered show at MIAS 2025
If the word “wow” can be summed up into a person, group, or in this case, a machine, JETOUR Auto Philippines’ newest X70 Lightning i-DM and T2 Lightning i-DM, can be the perfect personifications of it.
These newest models were recently launched at the just-concluded 2025 Manila International Auto Show, which likewise “wowed” everyone with its whopping record number of more than 170,000 attendees during its four-day run at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
JETOUR’s said launch at the show was truly unforgettable as stars, Vhong Navarro and Camille Prats lit up the stage, along with “Ka Tunying” (Anthony Taberna) and other first batch of T2 owners graced the ceremonies.
“We are not merely launching vehicles—we are presenting the future of driving. Our Lightning i-DM series offers extended range, hybrid power, and intelligent design, while ensuring the comfort and security our customers deserve,” said the company’s managing director, Miguelito Jose.
He likewise further emphasized that these vehicles are backed by a six-year bumper-to-bumper warranty or one million kilometers, a 10-year engine warranty, and an eight-year battery warranty, boosting the brand’s focus on long-term value and customer confidence.
JETOUR X70 Lightning i-DM
This seven-seater intelligent dual motor crossover SUV sports a 1.5TD – 2DHT engine that, combined with its hybrid prowess, churns out 115hp and 220 N-m of torque, and can reach up 1,200km in range.
This sleek city slicker stands at 4,785mm long, 1,900mm wide and 1,720mm tall.
Also, it features a 20.5-inch dual display and advanced safety systems, designed for families seeking smart and sustainable mobility.
The vehicle is priced at P1,648,000.
JETOUR T2 Lightning i-DM
Meanwhile, the robust SUV features a 1.5L turbocharged engine assisted by dual electric motors and a 26.7 kWh lithium-iron phosphate battery pack. Combined, they produce 222hp and 390 horse power.
This five-seater behemoth has a length of 4785 mm, a width of 2006 mm, and a wheelbase of 2800 mm.
Highlight features include a 15.6-inch multifunction touchscreen, panoramic sunroof, and off-road-ready design.
Vehicle price starts at P2,488,000.
Over at the MIAS this weekend, both vehicles enjoyed almost a P100,000-discount, which all the more awed potential buyers.
